We established OPAL 7 years ago, believing we could help others achieve the highest possible goals for themselves in their world of work. This has grown into the higher ideal of achievement not just limited to the work of work, but to life as a whole. We are now convinced of the unique potential in everyone, and know, from experience, that with our support, encouragement and sound learning methodology people can and will achieve their goals.
Together our team has grown and developed alongside our learners - learners from all walks of life, and at all stages of their careers. Learners who come back to us time and time again as they progress. However, we recognise that our team has only a finite amount of time to spend with each learner, and we believe that learning should not be confined just to that time. So, we have developed the OPAL 5 Star model to be available on line to our learners - offering them flexibility and a more extensive range of development opportunities.
