Face to Face Programmes

Blended Programmes
For Organisations or groups of people, we can tailor to your requirements, a blend of face to face workshops supported by the Learning Resources on the OPAL Online Resource Centre. This gives individuals the benefit of learning in a structured setting from experts and colleagues, as well as through an individually driven medium for those who wish to work at their own pace, and fit their development with their personal agendas and lifestyles.
On Line Learning and Development Programmes
Coming soon, based on the OPAL 5 Star Model, the OPAL Online Resource Centre is a unique learning tool, with which you can create your own private learning space and work at your own pace. From work, home or when travelling - wherever you have internet access - it is available whenever you need or want it.
The first step in the on line programme is a diagnostic to help you assess where you are currently in your skill range. From this, you will create your Personal Action Plan for learning from a framework centred on the areas you want to develop. You then progress through selected learning resources and activities to achieve your goals, recording your learning reflections and progress in learning logs.

Coaching
Individual Coaching helps you to focus on setting realistic goals, developing options and identifying actions to achieve them. Depending on the programme, OPAL provides both face to face Coaching by qualified consultants and E-coaching - by telephone or online - to help you grow and develop into the person you want to be.
We care about people, and our approach to Coaching is all about relationship building. We can help you look at your life and your career from a different angle - giving you comfort if you get a little lost, directions if you need them, and encouragement to take risks and enjoy trying new experiences.
Assessment
With regular assessments you can measure your progress and re-assess your further development needs. With OPAL you can do this using the 5 Star Model either in a one to one session with your Coach or using the diagnostics on the OPAL Online Resource Centre. If you want to formalise it more you can choose a workplace assessment as part of an NVQ or a written assignment marked by an assessor as part of a CMI qualification.
For organisations, OPAL also offers Assessment and Development Centres for both Recruitment and Management Development,requirements run by experienced and qualified psychologists and HRD specialists.
Qualifications
Qualifications show the world you know what you are talking about. Gaining qualifications can give you focus, satisfaction and confidence - as well as professional credibility that you can be proud of.
OPAL offers a choice of qualifications from recognised awarding bodies depending on whether you want an work based qualification or to develop your competencies through a more academic approach.
We are an accredited NVQ Centre working through the OCR Awarding Body in a range of subjects and an approved Chartered Management Institute Centre for a range of management qualifications.
